The place is disgusting, clerks are not trained to so much as smile , me and my partner both got very ill immediately following consumption of food ( which was drowned in mayo) ive heard enough from recent former employees about the quality of food to know that although washing your hands is stressed by managment, when management isnt around ive seen people take out wet garbage and then slap my burger together without washing their hands, and that recycling of food is very common to save on having to cook more. Im sitting in bed right now after talking to two managers who apparently shared my complaint with eachother, the store managers first response was to tell me that i wasnt getting my money back and that it couldnt have been food poisoning so to call the health unit and in 20 minutes theyd say the same, i called the sudbury district health unit who reported that if any of my sightings were true or "recycling" of the food was actually happening then i coulldve been sick after the first bite. I called again today and again said i didnt want my money but i wanted them to accept the possibility and the manager was a lot nicer than the first, she actually said she was sorry! I plan to never step foot in that burger king again, and i have been advised by a lot of people to stay away from their ,they would rather go to the taco bell express in the mall then there. i have worked for a burger king before and didnt stay long cause of how disgusting their protocol was ,namely the reason the owner lost his franchise. This has only been written out of concern for people who eat there. All he had to say the first time i called was sorry, thats all ,its a courtesy thing, the second manager wanted to reason with me ,he immediately told me i was wrong and then said good bye. Well goodbye burger king!
