Overall an exceptional experience. Very knowledgeable, timely, efficient and most of all professional. Prices are very reasonable for a custom suit. I couldn’t be more pleased

Was just in for a suit fitting for my upcoming wedding. Our group had the absolute best time shopping for the event with the team here. Stephen, Tori, and Calvin did an amazing job making it feel like a special event for us. They provided a very thorough and complete experience and we managed to cram measurements and customizations into a short time yet never felt rushed. A special thanks for making the absolute day of my son during his fitting. He is super excited to have a suit that fits for the wedding and beyond and the attention and care of making that happen for him really hit home with me (pictures once the suits come in)

What a great team! I enjoyed picking up my fabrics and other design options and can’t wait until my suits arrive. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and was able to describe the different options in detail and answer any questions that I had throughout the process. They were patient and took the time to ensure I will have a great fitting suit.

I recently placed a large order at the Indochino of Columbus located on 3953 Easton Square Pl, Columbus, OH 43219, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the outstanding service provided by Stephen, the showroom manager. From the moment I walked in, Stephen went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Despite encountering a minor issue with my order (that was not even his fault), Stephen handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Stephen not only resolved the issue promptly but also took the time to ensure that I felt valued and appreciated as a customer.

His dedication to providing top-notch service reflects positively on Indochino of Columbus as a whole. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and customer focused. Stephen's exemplary performance deserves recognition, and I strongly believe he deserves a raise and a promotion for his outstanding contributions.

I would highly recommend Indochino of Columbus to anyone looking for quality clothing and exceptional customer service.
