I truly can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Trevor Furbay and the entire team at the New Albany location. We worked with a few different people throughout the process, and every single person was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. What could have easily felt overwhelming was made so smooth and easy from start to finish.

We reached out a little worried because we had decided to elope and were working with a much shorter turnaround time than usual. They immediately reassured us that it wouldn’t be a problem, and they absolutely delivered. Everything was ready on time, and we never once felt stressed or rushed.

The selection they offer, the advice they give, and the genuine care they put into the experience are all top-notch. Trevor personally handled Sam’s fittings for his last couple of appointments and was fantastic. Sam had lost some weight between fittings, and Trevor had no problem taking everything in a little more to make sure the fit was perfect. He also knew all the tricks of the trade for traveling with the garments so that everything would arrive looking perfect for our wedding day, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch, especially with us traveling for our elopement.

The level of service and attention to detail from this team is just exceptional. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and about getting everything exactly right.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be back. We can’t wait to have an excuse to buy many more things from Trevor Furbay in the future! Highly, highly recommend!

Simply put Trevor and his team are the best!

I had Trevor help me with my wedding suit. I had such a remarkable experience that I went back and asked if they could help with my rehearsal dinner/welcome drinks outfit as well. Another homerun! They are incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and made a somewhat daunting and stressful task such a breeze. This is greatly appreciated from anyone that's had to plan a wedding. He absolutely helped me nail down the style I wanted to match, and is so approachable when you are providing your opinion/feedback while offering his thoughts. As if this wasn't great enough already, they could not be more accommodating and responsive, again just relieving any stress on delivery dates or final product. Best custom tailor I've ever worked with.

If I could give 10 stars I would, and will definitely be choosing to outfit with them again.

Trevor and his team were awesome to work with. They handled all of the fittings for a wedding I was recently in and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Trevor personally dropped a blazer off at my house to make sure I had what I needed in time, which says everything about the level of service they provide. Great people, great experience, and top notch customer service. Highly recommend.

Purchased a full suit, vest, and professional coat. Trevor came all the way out from Cincinnati to fit me, which was amazing having the actual owner come out to do the fitting knowing he has multiple locations. The material in the shirt and suit is unlike anything I’ve ever worn before, it’s literally super comfortable and breathable, best suit that I’ve ever owned and he designed the entire look including the vest and coat to match. Will be going back for any future needs, as once they have your sizes you can legit just order clothes tailored directly to you in the future.
