This was my first time hiring Speedy Sparkle to clean my family home, as I was looking for a reliable team to handle regular bi-weekly cleanings as well as occasional deep cleans. I often struggle to keep up with housework on my own due to health issues, so I truly needed the extra help.
I had heard many great things about this company from my neighbors, who also use them for their monthly cleanings. I decided to give them a try and I couldn’t be happier that I did!
From the start, I was impressed with their punctuality. The cleaners arrived right on time, greeted me warmly, and carried themselves with professionalism. We did a quick walk-through of the house where I pointed out the areas that needed extra attention. They listened carefully, then got straight to work without wasting any time.

By the end of the job, I was amazed my house was literally sparkling! From the kitchen counters to the bathroom sinks and toilets, everything looked brand new. Do not recommend at all.

“Zero” stars if i could.

Hired them for deep cleaning of 2 properties.
Ended up having to clean everything myself after they left and they charged my credit card even after i told them i do not agree to the charges.

They are running a scam.

They agreed to all the mess up they caused (i have proof in messages) and still charged my credit card.

Will be filing a complaint with BBB and will be talking with my lawyer.

This is far from over.
