HTG had provided great service for us in the past, so when an issue arose, we call them again to do troubleshooting. Such a pleasant group of technicians. They know their systems and how to repair them. Ours turned out to be an operator failure (we're an over 55 community, what do you expect) but Chris our technician quickly found the issue. He also suggested a better way to reconfigure the system to make it easier to operate. His suggestion did the trick. He made our community happy. Thanks, HTG!

Great experience since the moment I wandered into HTGs store. Mike listened to me and gave me a good update on what was happening in the audio world.
I’m a recovering audiophile who sold high end equipment to a recording studio along with my vinyl and master recordings on CD a few years ago.
In answer to my questions about how to get back into it without spending a fortune, Mike explained that it’s possible to get great quality sound from streaming. He also said we could do it within my wife’s decorating boundaries.
I’m very happy with my NAD33 and KEF speakers and streaming Tidal premium. They were great with the installation!

These guys are awesome. I had Chris and Dave come out and install my home theater system. They both were polite, knowledgeable and very clean. They installed the equipment with no issues and was kind enough to show me how everything worked and gave me a great understanding. I will be hiring these guys again.
