We install complete home technology systems. That includes Control4 whole-home automation, Lutron lighting control and motorized shades, dedicated home theaters and media rooms, multi-room audio, video walls, and the wired and Wi-Fi networks that keep it all running. Every installation covers the full job: a site visit to understand the rooms and the household's routines, a written proposal with every piece of equipment named and priced by line, concealed wiring, programming, testing, and hands-on training before handover. We work regularly in co-ops and condos, so we expect alteration agreements, certificates of insurance and freight elevator bookings, and we know what plaster, lath and concrete slab allow in prewar buildings. We also take on existing systems that have stopped behaving, fine-tuning or replacing only the parts that are causing trouble. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Call (646) 503-0246 or email william@nexavt.com to book a consultation. Read more
