I have been seeing Tamar Novovsky the Audiologist for over 7 years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She truly listens and takes the time to understand my needs.

During COVID, she went above and beyond by even offering home visits, which meant so much to me. She consistently goes out of her way to ensure we are well taken care of, and her support with warranties and follow-up service has been excellent.

My mother and I are so happy with Tamar, the audiologist and her assistant Deleep at Hearvana Audiology. They were amazingly patient with my 87 year old mother. After having several bad experiences at other hearing clinics, it was such a relief to receive individualized care. Tamar’s exceptional problem solving skills, addressed my mother’s specific needs. For example, Tamar handled background noise issues and provided excellent solutions with multiple options on an App for my mother. My mother left happy and confident! I recently brought my 92-year-old father-in-law to Hearvana Audiology when his hearing aid started giving him trouble. Tamar was so warm, patient, and attentive that he felt comfortable and cared for right away.
