Filibertos is my husbands favorite Mexican food place. The food was delicious and not greasy like other locations. Also, the drive though waa quick and the order was accurate. Cant go wrong with an order of carney asda fries! 👌 exceptional!

One of the best locations in Phoenix. The location is big, clean, the air is cold on a hot day. Brian on the night crew was super friendly and made the experience enjoyable to eat there. Definitely recommend them!

I came around midnight to pick up a DoorDash order. I thought the lobby was closed, so I used the drive-through. The chubby Hispanic man working the drive-through told me in a rude tone, ‘Never come through the drive-through again, that's it.’ I understand if that’s the store’s policy, but the way it was communicated was unnecessarily disrespectful. A polite explanation would have been appreciated.
To make things more worse, it took them 20 minutes to make the food, even when mine was the only car in the drive-through when entered.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I hope the management reminds their employees to spend less time running their mouth and more time treating people with basic courtesy because that's what people love.

We stopped by this Filiberto’s last night, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had at any location! Everything was cooked perfectly, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!
