MASSIVE, MASSIVE, MASSIVE BURRITOS

For around $11 one good burrito from here can have you full from sunrise to sunset.

The coolest thing besides that is they make the burritos right in front of you and serve it then and there. Always hot food and never cold.

Lately my order is wrong every time I go here, which is especially disturbing since it's cheese that they keep adding. I order online, so everything is printed out right in front of them, and yet they still manage to mess it up and send me home with a known allergen. I should be able to trust that the employees are literate and can follow basic directions. And I shouldn't have to go digging through my food to make sure it's not going to make me sick. Some cross contamination is expected at a restaurant, but to add dairy that was not requested (and also somehow manage to NOT add the ingredients that were ordered) is completely unacceptable.

It is a real shame because this used to be a great restaurant until corporate ruined it. They have a halfway decent app and rewards program for people who get catering and frequent orders, they also used to make pretty good food. Now it's just kind of a scam to see how much they can imply they're going to give you for how little they can actually get away with. You'll notice that the protein options are listed as UP TO XX grams of protein because they don't want to give you meat anymore they just want to imply that they will. Oh we told you up to how much we might give you not how much we would give you after we got your money.

Even on the large items that are supposed to have like double meat or something they substantially cut back quantity and quality. Grissley steak. You got to pay extra for white chicken. What? chicken is supposed to be the cheap one I haven't added steak yet. Chewy meat. Even the dippers don't come with a damn salsa cup or queso for you to dip your thing in. It's just a cup of ranch yay. What am I eight? Taco Bell would give you a cup of salsa or cheese to dip the dippers in. I guess they didn't think that went through since tomatoes are so expensive and they were trying to hide the cost of meat. The next specialty limited time option will probably be them trying to dress up a rice as something fancy.

I went here for years and never had any issues with the quality now it's so common I don't even go. The same thing happened to Zoe's kitchen before they converted it to Cava. Private equity looked at a spreadsheet and was like oh what if we took out all of the actual ingredients and then just wrapped a burrito around a piece of chicken. Oh wait we need to be able to call that something other than a burrito without ingredients. I'm just spitballing here what if we grilled the burrito and you dipped it in something?

Yeah good job guys I see what you're doing. Check out this picture of a "homewrecker" bowl. Three pieces of discernable chicken in the whole thing. Just go to Walmart get a can of pickled jalapenos and dump it on some lettuce.

It sucks because it's probably not any of the franchise owners faults that corporate decided to take them all down.

I don’t know what it is with delivery in this area, order thru moes website and they send door dash, the driver can’t find. Y address, texts me, I tell him use google and he tells me I need to put the address in correctly, I told him it’s correct just take it back, he finally shows up and no drink, he tells me he asked about a drink at moes and they told him there wasn’t a drink even tho the receipt on the bag says there is a drink. So now o call the store and they say for me to call door dash, not my problem I ordered thru your site. So I mentioned they should send the drink and she said she can’t do that.

I wanted to brag on all of the staff from today, but specifically the manager today (unfortunately I don’t know her name). We went for lunch after church today and they were BUSY, like at least 10 people in line in front of us and people kept coming in behind us. All the staff were working efficiently and professionally, except for one male staff member who kept getting an attitude with the manager every time she asked him to do something. After multiple times of this she finally, very calmly and professionally, told the employee to go home. She immediately and without missing a beat restructured the assembly line with the remaining employees and jumped in herself (more than she already was) to cover his absence. As a manager myself, it was an excellent example of leadership and remaining calm and focused during a stressful situation. The line of customers continued to be served quickly and efficiently, everyone was polite and helpful, food was delicious. We will definitely be back! And thank you to whoever that was today, sorry I didn’t get your name!
