I had a great experience here at Purple Dental. It was my first time here so wasn't sure what to expect. I was greeted by lovely people and the service was great! The way they interact with other patients as they walked in, you could tell how much Purple Dental cares! The atmosphere was light, all good vibes. I had an excellent experience at Purple Dental, especially with Dr. Shivareddy and my hygienist, Bibi. Dr. Shivareddy is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled—he offers such a wide range of dental services, which made me feel confident knowing I was in the right place for all of my dental needs. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way.

Bibi was also amazing—she was gentle, thorough, and made my cleaning such a positive experience. She’s very attentive and made me feel completely at ease.

The entire office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is so friendly and professional. You can really tell they care about their patients and the quality of their work.

I had an amazing experience at Purple Dental LLC today! From the moment I walked in, the office felt clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly kind and joyful, making the check-in process quick and stress-free. Her positive attitude immediately made me feel comfortable.

BiBi, my dental hygienist, was outstanding. She did a very thorough cleaning while making sure I was comfortable the entire time. What really stood out was how much she educated me — she gave detailed, easy-to-follow tips on improving my brushing and flossing technique and explained everything clearly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly that I genuinely felt like family during my visit.

After my cleaning, Dr. S came in for the exam. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to give me an in-depth explanation of my dental health. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how clearly he communicated ways I can maintain and improve my oral health moving forward.

Overall, the entire team exceeded my expectations. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness here is hard to find. I highly recommend Purple Dental to anyone in the area — and even if you’re farther away, it’s absolutely worth the drive!

So I called to get an appointment which my insurance was out of network. I knew I needed a deep cleaning for a four quads as usual. I called and ask for the pricing I was told around $1400 but I get reimbursed at %80 but i would be completely covered on my regular routine cleaning. I decided to call delta dental to get the information to find out how long it would take to recieve a reimbursement from them and to make sure my general cleaning would be covered. They told me different they explained that I need for purple dental to send them an estimate on my deep cleaning and that would determine what my reimbursed amount would be. So I called the dentist office the following day to ask them for a estimate to send to delta dental because I was told from the first phone call I had to pay them in full and the claim would be submitted to my insurance company. Well I was told I couldn't receive an estimate until I came in to see the doctors office after I got a regular cleaning. I found that very odd so I called delta dental and explained to them the situation. We called purple dental on 3 way and a insurance agent along with the manger spoke. Well it turns out I was being led on from the beginning because after they tried to hide information from me they expected me to pay $1400 for my service but I wouldn't get an estimate over to the insurance company so therefore I wouldn't even know the reimbursement amount at all until after my services was done. I heard the fraud along with the delta dental rep. She also was surprised how they would attempt to make me pay in full for a service but not try to let me know how much of a reimbursement I would recieve just by not giving the insurance company and estimate. Ill take my hard earned money elsewhere I dont trust people who lie and hide information.

I just left my cleaning! Bibi is by far the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She’s personable, dedicated, and makes you feel like you’re part of the family! Dr. Sam is an outstanding dentist and I highly recommend him and his practice! The entire staff is professional and friendly.
