The Best C&P Experience I’ve Ever Had

I recently had a Compensation and Pension (C&P) exam at Paramount Health, and I can say without a doubt that it was the best experience I have ever had within the Veterans Affairs system. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost respect and made to feel genuinely welcomed.

The medical professional who conducted my exam, Brenda Dean, was absolutely amazing. She was thorough, professional, and incredibly empathetic to what veterans go through. I truly wish all medical examiners could be like her. She sets the gold standard for how veterans should be treated during this process. Thank you, Paramount Health and Ms. Dean, for your outstanding care and respect!

This is the worst experience I ever had with a provider in all my life. She doesn’t make eye contact during visits. Her bedside manner is zero out of 10- She’s late to visits. She invited me into a visit where she was already in a visit with another. Patient violating her HIPAA rights. Then had the nerve to ask for all my medical records which I supplied her then decides to say oh sorry I can’t take you on as a patient. First of all I had signed a release prior to the visit so she knew my condition she should’ve never went through with the appointment on the 18th if she knew she couldn’t handle the case she only did it so she could charge my Medicaid which I will be disputing. Do yourself a favor stay away from Dr R
And the picture she has listed on Zocdoc is not her. The lady I saw was a very elderly lady with a short stiff Weave. And she definitely wasn’t knowledgeable at all

Went here for my C&P exam and I will say, Mrs Brenda Dean was everything! She really took her time with me and listened to everything. These exams can be very stressful leading up because you never know who you will get but I am very happy to have gotten someone who genuinely cares!

Got sent to Paramount Health and Wellness for a C & P Exam for the Veterans Association. (VA). I was informed that Veterans Evaluation Services contacted Paramount Health and Wellness for further info on my exam. I contacted Paramount and before I could give my name to the receptionist, I was told that Paramount didn’t have any records of my exam. I will be making a visit with them tomorrow and send an update tomorrow.

I can't speak highly enough of Paramount Health and Wellness and Dr. Relindis Mutia.The entire experience was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Relindis Mutia was knowledgeable and took the time to address all my questions and concerns". My weight loss journey was seamless and she called and check on my progress every single week. If this is not dedication then I don't know what to call it.
