My last appointment was over a month ago. Doctor gave me a prescription for Ensure nutrition drinks. I told him at the time they have to be pre-authorized by insurance. He told me he will contact me in a few days when it is authorized to come pick up the prescription slip. I stopped by to get the prescription slip. Tried to take it to get it filled at my pharmacy it was not pre-authorized was not sent into my insurance. I contacted them immediately they said they would have it pre-authorized I asked why did they lie to me and say it was already and had me waste my time to come pick up the prescription slip when it wasn't even pre-authorized. I contacted my insurance to see if they sent it over they did not. My insurance contacted them with me on three-way and their attitude completely changed. Said they would send it over immediately. It's going on 3 weeks now from that point and they still have not responded in sending over the necessary requirements for the prescription to be filled and authorized. I call every other day requested to speak to a manager they tell me the manager will contact me back I have not received one phone call from the manager this whole time. The lady that answers the phone is very rude has an attitude and is a flat out liar. Will be filing a complaint with the California medical board later today.

The doctors here are great but good lord the lady that usually always answers the phone with a small accent, has by far the worst Attitude and never has any answers to any questions asked. I'm not sure how she's still working here? Or why they still have her answering the phone. I wouldn't be surprised if people change there doctors just because of her. And if im correct im pretty sure she's the one that also takes vitals

I had the worst experience with Dr Syeda Ameena. I was suffering from a knee problem and visited the clinic several times. I was in unbearable pain. I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM, but I ended up waiting a very long time—until 4:45 PM. I spoke with the receptionist, who told me that the doctor had a heavy patient load and that I was the last person on the list. she couldn't even tell me exactly what time I would finally be seen. I had a prior commitment to pick up my children from school at 5:00 PM. I asked if I could go get my children and then return to the clinic, but she replied, "No, the office will be closed by then." Instead, they gave me a new appointment for a month later to check my knee—that was the first issue. The second issue involved a blood test the doctor requested. I went and had the blood drawn, and when I checked back with the clinic, they told me they had sent the results to me via email. I waited for over ten days for the results, but nothing arrived. I then asked the nurse to send the results to me via fax, but she told me that wasn't possible. Consequently, I had to go back to the office in person to pick up the lab order forms. When I asked the staff there whether I needed to be fasting for the test, they simply said, "We don't know"—as you can see, the level of organization was quite poor. Regardless, I decided to perform the test while fasting; I took the paperwork, left, and went to the lab to have the blood drawn. Once the results were ready—and just before my follow-up appointment with the doctor—she contacted me to say, "You need to repeat the blood test." I asked her why, and she simply replied, "The doctor wants it that way." I felt frustrated; if the doctor required a specific procedure, she should have explained it to me beforehand—yet no one had explained anything. I said, "Okay," and asked them to send the new lab order directly to the laboratory, as I couldn't make another trip to the clinic due to my work schedule. They said, "Okay, we've sent it to the lab." I went to the laboratory and waited for my turn, but after waiting a long time, the lab staff told me, "We haven't received any lab orders for you." I called the offices, but no one answered. I sent messages, and still, no one replied. The answering service said they would give them the message but still no one responded to me. They finally got back to me and said they sent them again so I went to the lab three times—while fasting, mind you, in order to get a blood test done—and to this day, I haven't received any results.

This only one star is not for Dr is for MA “Jessica “Today is New Year eve have appointment with my son’s doctor and then when check in on the front desk this lady asked me questions in using the same tone they would use to interrogate a criminal to help me check in !! As a medical assistant and receptionist, you should exhibit a professional attitude, not treat patients with a questioning tone. This is not my first time visiting this center, but it's the first time I've encountered such an employee. I hope the office takes this seriously. Furthermore, the system upgrade was the reason for the issue, not my fault. If you needed me to update my information, you should have treated me politely, not with this kind of service attitude! It's truly disappointing and unacceptable!!!!
