I am two and a half weeks post-op: tummy tuck, breast lift and breast augmentation. From my first call to Buffalo Plastic Surgery, through the consultation process, the surgical procedures and all follow ups thus far, I have been absolutely thrilled. I feel seen, heard, and extremely well-cared for. The office and nursing staff are consummate professionals. I had all of the documentation and direction needed to ensure an informed decision-making process and a safe recovery. I cannot say enough about Dr. Dawli. She is kind, caring, extremely thoughtful and the ultimate professional in her field. She respected my thoughts and gave me suggestions and feedback based on her professional experience. She has out the cherry on top of the 80lbs weight loss I achieved a year ago. I now look to myself, in my body, how I feel on the o side. I highly recommend Nurse Tasha for laser hair removal. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to answer my questions and explain what to expect, which made the entire experience stress-free. After my appointment, she even gave me a tour of the new building. It's absolutely beautiful, and you can tell a tremendous amount of thought and care went into every detail.

I had an excellent experience with Buffalo Plastic Surgery. From my very first consultation through my procedure and follow-up appointments, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every step of the process, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision.

The staff was welcoming and organized, and the level of care I received exceeded my expectations. The results of my procedure are wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Really great care and results. Things with the initial consultation and meetings did feel a bit rushed which felt a bit unsettling. They answer all my questions fully, I think I was just hoping for more guidance then what I read online. The doctor and staff are so competent and skilled. I loved how before surgery they took in all the info I gave them for what I wanted and made recommendations, which I really loved and made my results even better then I could have imagined. The after care was also very supportive. Text supports for all my little questions along the way. I highly recommend Dr. Dawli and the Buffalo Plastic Surgery Center.

Upon scheduling and arriving for my consultation appointment the first thing I noticed was how welcoming & kind Kim was at the front desk. I originally was seen for my consultation/procedure at the former office so I must say their new space is just as elegant yet much more spacious.

Dr. Dawli was personable, she answered all concerns and questions I had to ease my nerves. The procedure was quoted fairly to what I had done research for. It went as comfortably as could be expected. The team was very thorough with aftercare instructions and checked on me frequently.
When approached with a concern they got me into office immediately.
All healing went well & I’m very satisfied with the results. Remember, “perfection” is unrealistic but Dr. Dawli sets a high standard for coming close.

My post op appointment was the only appointment I felt was a bit rushed, but with no concerns to address at that time I accepted that.

Overall, my confidence is boosted & my heart is happier for it.

Dr. Dawli and her team are fantastic!! Alex at the front is always very friendly and willing to answer questions or get the answers to your questions. Kristin is super sweet and encouraging and makes you feel so comfortable and confident. Dr Dawli is an artist. She is very meticulous and pays attention to detail which I appreciate. I am so so happy my husband found her practice. I had a mastopexy and I could not be happier with the results. I’m only 3 weeks post op and they already look fantastic. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about any procedure she offers!!

Dr. Dawli far exceeded my expectations. After pregnancy and breastfeeding, I experienced volume loss in my breasts and wanted to restore my pre-pregnancy look while keeping things natural. Dr. Dawli truly understood my goals and delivered results that look and feel incredibly natural and I couldn’t be happier!

The office staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the office itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the surgery center they use is top-notch. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish!
