After reading one of the other reviews, I feel compelled to say that my experience was DRAMATICALLY different. My purchase at Black Diamond and the results both exceeded expectations.
The picture that you see is of a 2024 Tesla Model Y Performance.
I took it to Black Diamond to do minor paint correction, ceramic coating and front (driver & passenger) window tint to match.
The price was reasonable and the work timely. Andrea was great to explain the work that was to be done, guided me to the lower cost Silver Ceramic Pro package (with free annual inspection), and recommended the percentage of tint (20%).
Looking at the picture, I think the results speak for themselves.

Do not take your vehicle to this business. The ownership has changed (Andrea) and she is not qualified/experienced to tint windows or ceramic coat. Previously I have had 3 other vehicles coated here and tinted with the prior ownership and had decent results. I took a brand new expensive Tesla to Andrea for tint and ceramic coating 12/16/2025. She assured me she was “great at tinting windows”…. I had my reservations but still left my vehicle with her. I was surprised to hear from her that she was already finished the following morning…. I was not able to pick up my car until after dark 12/17/2025 and Andrea was not there. Her husband was there instead. I was not able to view the car in direct light but even with the low light I could see there were bubbles, crooked cuts, wrinkles in the tint. It was right before Christmas and I decided to still pay for it with a GENEROUS tip with the full understanding with her husband Mike that some or all of this tint is going to need to be redone. Big Mistake. I waited until after the holiday and then reached out to Andrea to schedule a time to come back and go over the problems with my vehicle. 1 week went by without a response even with me leaving VM as well. I called again and she answered, I told her I had been to Tint World in Pensacola and every window, literally everyone had bubbles where debris was not clean underneath tint and ALL would need to be removed. I just asked for a refund for the Tint. She stated to me no problem and would process a refund to my credit card that day…… Tint world was $1,100 due to the fact of having to remove the other tint.
Fast forward to today 01/08/2026 and I left a voicemail yesterday with Andrea telling her that I still have not received a refund $400 for the tint and I also want her to refund my additional $400 cash tip I left her prior to Christmas. She charged me $1200 for the ceramic coating and gave me no warranty information or paperwork on it. Looks to me like it has a ceramic wax on it that will be gone in a couple months….. Andrea responded yesterday via text (still have never received a phone call back when requested) and said the refund for Tint was still pending for some reason and she would also submit an additional $400 credit to my card for the tip refund. I responded right away and sent Venmo request to refund the money if she cannot send back to my credit card. She has not responded…….
In summary I am warning anyone against taking your vehicle to Black Diamond in Gulf Breeze. I am not someone that takes time to write a negative review. I believe in giving the person/business the opportunity to make it right. This is not right. Don’t go here for anything.

Lexi with Black Diamond did an outstanding job ceramic coating my new 2025 Tundra. The finish is flawless—my truck sparkles like a showpiece. Their attention to detail and quality of work is top-notch. Highly recommend if you want your vehicle protected and looking its best!!!

My 2006 BMW had many white spots on the hood and trunk. Lexie polished it in a phenomenal way plus washed the car thoroughly. The car looks like from a showroom! And she charged me very reasonably. I highly recommend this place. True professionals. Lexie is an artist!

Update: My new-to-me car looks even newer thanks to Kevin! He was able to fix the scratches and sticker residue on the paint, plus tint the front windows to match the back. I only trust Black Diamond with my car because the quality of service is amazing every time.
