We love Ronny's! What we love most are the guys who work there. They are very diligent and kind. They are the reason we choose Ronny's. We get a good clean there. The cleaning supplies are always plenty. The place is always clean. The reason for the four is that the machinery scratches my wheel and leaves a mark every time I go through. Its happens right at the beginning as I first go in. I have a Nissan SR.

I give this establishment a 4 star because it is convenient, quick and accomplishes the task at hand - washing my car. However, I do NOT like the paper towels they have to clean my windows. It leaves lint all over. Other car washes offer microfiber cloths that take the experience to another level. Ronny’s also only provides a multi-purpose cleaner and no scents to spray in your car, which other car washes provide. More frequently, the car wash will stop in the middle of washing, then restart. Seems like a glitch in power, but it has happened quite a few times. The positives are that they offer a family plan which allows you to add another car to your account for half price (at least for me). Overall, the staff is pretty good. To make this a five star review, I would suggest microfiber cloths and scent sprays and make sure your machines are working properly to compete with the new car washes offered around the corner and others in the area!

I drive from Perdido to get my car washed here. My car always comes out so clean and smells good from the soap. The guys are helpful and hard working. Today one of the workers offered to pressure wash my weather tec mats for me and I thought that was so nice. Even though a tidal wave car wash is being built near them I’m still coming to Ronny’s!

(Hwy 98 location) Solid car wash with great attendants who are always on the job and willing to help at any time. Good pricing in addition to adding another vehicle. The cleaning and air freshener supplies are always stocked and if not available, they don’t mind stopping and helping you. The vacuum service has great suction throughout as I’ve tried several different locations along the run. Parking lot is always clean. Frequency 8-10 times a month

I brought my brand-new 2026 car, less than 30 days old and valued at over $40,000, to this location for a wash and left with visible damage to the paint. This vehicle has never been anywhere else for any type of car service, and unfortunately, trusting this wash was a huge mistake.
I reported the damage multiple times, but no one ever completed an incident report or followed up. When I spoke with the regional manager, Josh D, he completely lacked empathy and professionalism. Instead of listening and helping, he got in my face, told me they wouldn’t take responsibility, and wasted more of my time.
He only took photos after seeing me take mine and still didn’t file an incident report. When I asked to cancel my membership, he told me he couldn’t help and that I’d need to call corporate myself. To make things worse, he told me I was the only person who has ever complained about damage, which I don’t believe for a second.
I want to caution future customers to always inspect your car carefully after every wash and, if you see any damage, insist that an incident report is actually completed on the spot. I reported my concerns after each visit, and nothing was ever done. Hopefully, others will have a better experience.
This business should also post a clear disclaimer letting customers know that vehicles may come out with possible paint or surface damage that will not be covered. Customers deserve to know that this wash is not damage-proof, and any issues will be considered “normal wear,” meaning they will not take responsibility.
I’m extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. It’s not just about the damage, it’s about the lack of honesty, empathy, and accountability from management.
