Crap, crap, crap....and expensive. My veggie wrap was full of rice, cheap filler and the fries were obviously refried, they got cold very quickly....the pickle on the side looked like it was fished out of the garbage, looked very disgusting. And this, this rice and fries cost me $10, plus 2.21 appx for a coffee, plus tax, plus tip...no complimentary water bought to your table unless you ask for it. I will say that the service was very friendly, but the food is expensive and cheap/In my opinion, they take their customers for fools to feed us this kind of crap....and have you ever seen their mints that come with your cheque? They are the smallest things I've ever seen in my life...again, another sign of cheapness, at our expense.

I used to live in Belleville... and for some reason the Belleville Kelseys was always awful! We used to go to the one in Trenton and found it sooooo much better! Great food, great service..
