We had hired Direct Waterproofing to waterproof our property after we had found that water had infiltrated our basement. They completed exterior &interior waterproofing, installation of a sump pump as well as a backwater valve. The team worked incredibly hard throughout the entire time, digging all of the trenches by hand.

Terry was incredibly responsive and came by the site every few days to check on the progress.he would always answer our calls and emails, We would highly recommend them for anyone needing waterproofing done!
