Talon is great! We don't love when we have to use them, I'm sure nobody does but, when you need them, they are there. You don't have to listen to some automated nonsense. They answer the phone, they show up when they say they will, and they do an amazing job, always friendly and professional!

This company's pricing is nothing short of highway robbery. Excessive fees, zero transparency, and no justification for the outrageous final bill. They take advantage of customers when they have no other choice. Save your money and call someone else.

Terrible experience. The towing itself wasn't the problem—the outrageous overcharges were. The final invoice was completely unreasonable and not worth the service provided. I felt ripped off. I won't be using this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Extremely overpriced and completely unprofessional. The final bill was full of excessive charges that were never clearly explained. I felt taken advantage of during an already stressful situation. Save yourself the headache and choose a different towing company.
