Appalling service and unsanitary premises. The two employees were so engrossed in their phones and their Candy Crush game that they didn't even bother to look up and greet me or offer any assistance.

I was then quoted a price of $216.83 + tax to send a simple letter to Albania, whereas the same shipment ultimately cost me only $28.75 with Canada Post.

Between the unsanitary conditions, the complete lack of service, and the utterly absurd pricing, this branch is a complete farce and a waking nightmare. Absolutely avoid it.

The driver refused to put the packages in the designated place, which was behind the counter at my work, claiming that he was not a mover, but all other transport companies, large and small, do it gladly because they are told that respecting the client's instructions is paramount.
