On July 8th, a driver from this company crashed my car, which was parked in a private parking lot.

After speaking with the people responsible and sending them an official estimate of the damage to a body shop, I was offered to send my car to one of their branches to have the situation resolved. As someone who works in body shops myself, I mentioned my interest in having the repairs done directly on-site (more convenient in every way). Following this conversation, I received no further response, whether by email, phone, or otherwise.

I covered the repair costs and the 3M film on my car.

This speaks volumes about the values of this company; I do not recommend it at all!

This dangerous driver from livraison Primus was very offended that we had to get in front of his car so we could hop on the 13 south (situation very common at this intersection of 440 and 13 in Laval. )
Courtesy is really not his quality. He got so offended that he cut us of nearly scraping the side of our car.
Kept sticking to us by the rear.

Very poor quality service, no attention from customer service representatives, no effort made to help recover a package that was attempted to be delivered to the wrong address. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will do my best to prevent Purolator from sending packages addressed to us to this drop-off point in the future. One word to describe the quality of service: terrible.

We use them at work almost every day and they are competent. However, as a Purolator reception center, I am very annoyed as a consumer. Their opening hours are limited so if I need to pick up a package from home, it costs me $25 by taxi. Which, you will agree is more than annoying when you have already paid to have a product delivered. For the rest I have to persist with the person in charge because I don't show him proof of addresses but only an identity document. Dude! I have just given you the delayed delivery note, it is a receipt without signature, it costs me a lot to come to you or it takes me 70 minutes to walk. Don't argue and give me my package.

Maybe this company should respect what they stamp on delivery notifications. They say open on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and when you arrive there...it's closed!
Plus, it closes at 5:00 p.m. during the week.

Deplorable, very poorly behaved driver who cuts off cars without regard for the safety of other road users. When you drive such a large vehicle, it's a big responsibility and not a sign of strength. Driver's license plate number: L651785 driving on the A15 motorway on February 17 at 8:30 p.m. heading north. I will never do business with a company that employs such savages.
