It's a storage unit. There ain't much to say. Security is great, the system works perfectly, they offer great add-ons that you will probably need. What stands out? Staff. Marie-Josée goes above and beyond in ways too personal to list here but she truly shines and makes the experience just so much better. You have a gem of an employee ands she deserves not only to know as much, but whatever you need to do to keep her there and happy. Were I still running my company, I'd be poaching her away from you! Also, adopting a cat that roams around the interior storage is a sweet touch and we've had the pleasure of seeing her twice now. Very cute and charming. This company works well, does well, and goes the distance. Happy with everything, especially M-J!

The storage room was impeccably clean, dry and spacious enough for my materials. While the 8x8 square feet suited the bulk of my stock, there were well more than 15 feet to the ceiling. Some other items fit perfectly there too.
The office staff was consistently thoughtful and attentive. The whole billing process was clear and efficient, and the price was very cost-effective.
Thank you for the excellent care of my valued possessions and the caring service.

Amazing customer service, both women we worked with were super helpful and nice. And when we needed to change room for a smaller fee, we were helped and showed our options. So we used two rooms and both were perfectly adequate.

I kept 2 storage lockers and a car there for about 3 years. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rent only went up once in that time and not by a lot. I highly recommend them!

Staff was friendly and efficient. Good selection of boxes and supplies. Unit as described. Elevator, doors, gate and lighting functioned properly. At least one cart works perfectly. At least one needs replacing. Washroom was clean and functional. Pricing was similar to other facilities in the area. Location was convenient for me and easy to access. Cancellation was easy and only required one phone call.

According to their records I've been renting since 2005 and always considered the in-residence property managers to be 5 star service guys.
Today, January 24, 2018 I give the current management one star because I was astonished when I arrived this afternoon to my twin storage units 113/114 in St-Lambert finding the ice caked snow not cleared from the doors of the ground level units. I can remember the snow always being cleared by the in-residence managers. They shoveled and snow blow away the snow for entry. Now they're gone.
The 2 ladies in the front office said the snow clearing had always been the responsibility of the renters..Then why are they clearing the snow in front of the common garage door for renters who are paying far less than we are at the ground level with 9' x 24' units?
The management is simply cutting corners and annually sending notice of rent increase with no regard to customer loyalty or satisfaction.
From what I can access today,, their style not what it used to be YEARS ago!

Update January 25, 2018
After having read my review this morning, I got a phone from the Property Manager saying that after checking with head office, the snow should have indeed been cleared as usual from all the ground level doors. She was very apologetic and offered me an incentive that immediately puts their services back with 5 stars.
