Great staff and availability of rental vehicles. Our representatives made the pick up of our rental after dropping our car for repairs, seamless and they even provided extra assistance with the special features of the rental vehicle.

Can’t say enough good things about their customer service, just outstanding. In a world today where customer service doesn’t exist with some companies these guys really excel. Keep up the good work!

I’ve just completed my third experience with Enterprise rental cars and have been very pleased with them. The vehicles provided were good quality, clean, and ready when promised. Reps were courteous and positive. Excellent company to deal with.

I needed a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop for an extended repair, and Ethan provided outstanding, old-fashioned customer service. He took the time to explain all the details, walked me through the options, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the car. Ethan is a true professional, and his attention to customer care made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.

I am visiting from New York and one morning I noticed a low air tire pressure. I called the Enterprise in Leesburg for assistance and I spoke with Cole. He is courteous and professional and informed me to come to the office and they would switch out the car. I received another comparable vehicle rather quickly, and I was on my way to visit family. This Enterprise is very professional, I do recommend them for rentals of vehicles due to their courteous and professional conduct.
