As a Las Vegas-based Promotional Products Distributor, Panoptic Promo has enjoyed a fantastic relationship with EG Threads/Decorated Apparel since 2022. They are an excellent business partner, and consistently deliver outstanding results on all manner of branded apparel projects. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

I have been working with EG Threads for more than 15 years and there is a reason I continue to come back project after project.

Their team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the quality of the work they produce. Communication is always excellent, deadlines are met, and the finished product is consistently top-notch.

What sets EG Threads apart is that they genuinely care about getting things right. On a recent hat project, we ran into an issue that seemed impossible to solve. Instead of settling for a less-than-perfect result, their team went above and beyond to find a solution and delivered a final product that exceeded expectations.

In an industry where details matter, it is refreshing to work with a company that takes such pride in their craft. I trust them completely with my clients' projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for embroidery or screen printing done right.

I have been working with EG Threads for a couple of decades now for screen print and embroidery. I have been well taken care of on every occasion. The owner and the EG Team are committed to truth, integrity and timely production. They are also committed to providing the highest level of quality and service in all they do. They take responsibility where it is due if things don’t go exactly right. They backtrack and see where the breakdown happened and if they find error on their part, they own it and make it right. I know this because I had an experience many years back and it was made right by them to the tune of a couple thousand dollars. I highly recommend working with EG Threads.
