We had ice dam damage in the interior of house. After initial procedures (insurance inspection, Disaster Specialist's analysis) work was started in a timely fashion. Our assigned worker, Ron G, was spectacular. From repairing ceiling, sheet rock install, plaster with texture and repainting ceiling and entire room he never stopped. Truly a pro in all aspects of this work.

Excellent company! Had a pipe burst with water damage. Owner came right away as well as employees to get things stabilized. Moving forward each day new professionals came to dry things out, do demolition, repair, and paint. Final cleaning crew due tomorrow. Everyone who worked throughout the 10 or so days it took to do the job, was professional and extremely skilled. The owner of the company stopped by as well as multiple visits by the project manager. Shout out to Ashley, Shawn, Ty, Rodney and Ron!

We began renovations on our house, and the contractors discovered an infestation of nests from mice behind the walls and in the attic spaces and basement. I called Disaster Specialists, and they visited the property the next day, quickly sent a proposal and sent a team to begin the clean up and disinfection process right away. They were meticulous in HEPA vacuuming and wiping down with disinfectant every exposed wall and ceiling, and they did the work efficiently, finishing a few days ahead of schedule, so cleanup could be complete prior to a scheduled walk through of the house with our contractor. They were very professional, and i can't recommend them more highly!
