Really enjoyed my time here. No complaints. Unlike other buildings in the area, there is 24/7 concierge/security here. Amenities are easy to book. Staff is attentive.

well-maintained facilities, spacious parking space, lots of sporting facilities downstairs, e.g. standard 400m running track, soccer field with night lighting, and Toronto's best community swimming pool Pam McConnell Aquatic Centre, you name it. Also the residents in the building are very friendly and polite. Let's make it a even better place to live :)

One of the nice new condos in Regent Park. Very modern, well maintained and upscale.

Guest parking is annoying. You must be rung in by the person you're visiting, go up to the first floor to sign in, return to the parking level to put the parking slip on the dash, get rung in again by the person you're visiting.

Allow an extra 10 minutes to take care of all of this mishegas

Two out of the three elevators will always be down, but at least the building manager will send you 3 badly written emails a day about stuff no one cares about. Front desk staff are great though, just the building manager is awful.
