I had previously visited Eye E Optical when they were located in San Bernardino and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Fontana location was very different.

During my eye exam, I felt that the appointment was rushed and not as thorough as exams I've received in the past. When I was taken to the imaging equipment, I did not see the equipment being sanitized before use. During the exam itself, the doctor also did not perform some of the checks that previous eye doctors have done during my appointments, which left me concerned about the quality of the examination.

When I mentioned that the prescription did not seem right and that I was still having difficulty seeing clearly, my concerns did not appear to be addressed, and no adjustments were made. Because of this, I am worried that I paid for glasses with an incorrect prescription.

I was also told that I would receive a call when my glasses were ready, but I never received one and had to contact the office myself. During that phone call, I found the interaction to be unprofessional and dismissive.

Given my concerns about the exam and the prescription, I am now contacting my insurance provider to see if I can obtain a second opinion from another optometrist. Patients should feel confident that their concerns are being heard and that they are receiving an accurate prescription before spending money on corrective lenses, and unfortunately I did not leave feeling that confidence after this visit.

I chose this office because of the positive experiences I had in the past, so this visit was disappointing. I hope the office takes customer concerns more seriously and improves both communication and patient care.

The lady in the front was kind tho! She was so professional and took her time with me. Cheers to her!

Super nice place with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Making an appointment online was easy and they send reminders. They offer a larger glasses selection for IEHP users than walmart up the street. Will be returning for future exams!

Wow, this is crazy. This is the second time I've been here when they say they're open and everything is locked!! The number goes straight to VM. And yes, I made sure not to come during lunchtime hours right now is 1:25 on a Tuesday and I checked both doors. There's clearly people in there since there's 4 cars in the parking lot! But I guess they love long lunches! Don't waist your time!! They obviously don't care about clients!

Chris has been absolutely amazing in helping us with our new glasses. The service has been top-notch, smooth, and completely hassle-free. I’ve already brought three people with me because of how great the experience has been. Marco is also wonderful — he always greets us with a smile and helps guide us exactly where we need to go. Overall, the customer service here is outstanding, and I highly recommend them!

Found the comfort with the new technology in which the eye exams are done now.
Left happy with the choice of glasses I purchased. Service was very professional and courteous.
