We had a ground water source (geothermal heat pump) heat/air system replaced. The geothermal system is the alternative to an air source heat/air system. Because it is a unique system there are not many companies who service or replace these types of heat/air system. However, McCall's HVAC is one of the only companies that do service such units. I just want to say they did a wonderful job of replacing our HVAC unit.
Throughout the process McCalls HVAC communicated well on the pricing and what to expect when they removed and replaced the old unit. The installation was flawless as they were knowledgeable about geothermal units and they were courteous, and very respectful of our home. After the installation they cleaned up. These folks are meticulous, efficient in their work and offer great service. I highly recommend them. Thank you McCall's!

Phenomenal service from the receptionist/scheduler to the technician. Called two other companies who could not get me in for a week. Mccalls was at my house within 12 hrs, accurately diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve the issue the same day for a reasonable price. I appreciate how kind and accommodating every employee was that I spoke to. They are now my PCP for all things HVAC.

As always McCall’s was prompt professional, and educational, regarding a mid heat wave ac emergency. 10 out of 10 same day service fixed within 15 minutes.

I am a new customer to McCall's HVAC, and I cannot be more pleased - they are terrific! My A/C died late afternoon on Thursday, July 1,2021. I called the original installer and McCall's. The original installer was a quick responder, but was not at all clear on how long it would take or how much it would cost to fix the problem. McCall was here early Friday, July 2, and gave me a thorough analysis, a very reasonable cost, and a firm delivery of the next business day, July 6. The other company gave me a much higher cost and a very uncertain date as to when they could do the job. McCall's was here early on the promised date and installed the new system complete by 1:00 PM that day. All of the McCall's people - Sean, Catfish, and Josh - were very professional and personable. I am definitely a satisfied McCall's customer and highly recommend them.
