First off, this group saved my cross-country trip from turning into a nightmare. For that, I am extremely grateful.

My car was running into issues on my trip from Dallas to Seattle so I stopped in Castle Rock for servicing. I started at another shop in town who was being pushy, using fear tactics, and old school sales pressuring to get my business. I immediately picked up on it and left. Luckily, I walked into this shop after reading their stellar reviews.

I felt a great vibe the moment I walked in. The dude who helped me out listened attentively, explained everything in great detail, answered all of my questions clearly, and was giving transparent responses to my concerns. No upselling, no BS.

He was communicative when my car was being serviced, updating me with information and giving me realistic timelines. They located the issue, didn’t add any unnecessary services, and got the job done in a timely manner. Car ended up being fixed hours before the time estimate he gave, and even the final cost ended up being hundreds of dollars less than quoted.

These guys saved my trip, literally drove through high altitude mountain terrain for ten hours straight with no issues after I left.

Thank you, you beautiful people. Your customer service was probably my favorite part - a personable, professional, and trustworthy organization. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Titan Auto Tech offers great service maintaining my 2009 Smart Car. It recently needed an oil change and a new water pump. They were quick to find parts and fix it. Found that UNICORN - Titan Auto Tech FOR LIFE!
To reiterate and leverage off of past customer postings -- Titan Auto Tech is in a class of its own. From the very first phone call, where Tonya instantly made me feel secure and that my repair would be taken care of, to picking up my car after all repairs were complete. The entire process (which, for all who own German-engineered vehicles, know the pain of auto repairs after a certain mileage) was the BEST AUTO REPAIR experience that I have had of all 20 cars I have owned in my lifetime. Yes, I said 20 cars. I originally reached out to have my '22 Audi Q8 serviced for a coolant leak/water pump issue. After first taking it to an Audi dealership, and then to a bargain "Joe Schmo" repair shop for quotes, I was referred to Titan Auto Tech of Castle Rock by a friend who trusts Titan Auto Tech regularly with their Audi. I got a full education from David, who told me more about German makes, Audi's, than I even wanted to know, I brought in my 1999 Honda Accord for a suspension repair. Long story short, I dropped more money on my Honda than the jalopy is worth, and probably more than I will spend on my Audi. Why you ask? Because the mechanics there are true experts in their field, who also service Japanese makes; appropriate and best parts were sourced and installed for the repair, not the most expensive parts or "junk" that would be a band-aid; Tonya and David kept in constant contact, letting me know step-by-step about the repair process; Titan provides loaner cars or shuttle service if needed; the goodie bag provided as a parting-gift even though they'll see me again very soon; I could go on and on. With the generous warranty on parts and labor, I expect to get another 100,000 miles or more out of my workhorse, Honda, that will most likely outlast the Audi. I look forward to entrusting Titan Auto Tech with my Audi, which I was considering trading in because I didn't have faith that there were any honest, notable auto repair shops out there that take pride in their work. Titan Auto Tech is a, is THE paragon of automotive service and repair. Car dealerships could learn a lot from this outfit. As previously stated -- found a unicorn, and my auto repair facility for life. Thank you Tonya, David, Chris, and everyone at Titan Auto Tech for providing the Doctors for all of my vehicles, present and future. I just want to highlight my experience here for both myself and my girlfriend.
I brought a list of dealer recs that needed to be done to do a price comp.
Titan told me I didnt need every thing on the list and did the work that was most pressing - and communicated a timeline to have the other stuff looked at.
They also accomodated us when trying to get our second car in for work. just very pleasant to work with and I respect the delay in some of the work we didnt need done right away.
