Not worth the money, even if you buy a new car from them. I have purchased 3 new cars from them and was hoping with another new owner it would be better but the service is still terrible. Would not recommend, my local mechanic is much more knowledgeable and doesn't charge $200 just to clear a code!

I recently purchased a 2023 VW from a different dealer. The warranty for my vehicle though has been handled by Diehl (as that is where the vehicle was bought new). I have made three attempts to contact them for a service appointment, and I get nothing but "hold on". I always get hung up on and I've never received a call back (when on multiple occasions, I've been told that). Do not count on this dealership to do anything but avoid you. There's a reason there have been three owners in the last three years. Drive the extra miles and go to Brunswick Auto Mart! Good luck!

Best car buying experience we've ever had! We traded our 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport for a 2026 model. When we got it home we realized that it was front wheel drive, not AWL which we wanted. This was no fault of the salesman or dealership. We simply hadn't mentioned it or checked it ourselves. So, we called the next day and were able to seamlessly bring it back and trade it in on another beautiful Cross Sport, this time with AWD. The whole process was painless, comfortable, friendly and efficient...even the return which was totally our fault. Hunter was an absolutely fabulous salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy at all. We've bought our last 2 vehicles here and have service done here as well, even though we live almost an hour away. We highly recommend!
