I have had an amazing experience while working with Simran for the past few months. I have been to other therapists and I have never connected and felt so understood before her. She starts every session with asking what I would like to focus on and also adjusts the session based on what would help benefit me the most. There are patterns, behaviours and explanations to who I am as a person that I would never have connected without Simran’s help and I am so grateful that I can rely on her expertise to guide me through.
