The best gym around. I have never been excited to go to a gym before Crunch and now I can’t get enough! All of the staff and all of the members are so friendly.

Membership pricing is reasonable compared to other gyms nearby, and that’s one reason I stayed. It’s not luxury-level, but it covers all basic fitness needs. I mainly use free weights and cardio machines, and both are fine. Parking can be a little difficult in the evening, especially after 7pm, but I usually manage by coming slightly earlier.

I signed up for Crunch before it even opened (that’s how excited I was lol). There are definitely some positives, but also some issues that make the experience hit or miss so far.
The gym feels nice and new, and there’s a good variety of equipment. The stairmaster is awesome, and the squat and deadlift platforms are super nice. The staff has been pretty friendly overall.
That said, there are some downsides. It is very crowded most of the time, which is understandable since the gym is brand new and it’s also New Year season. The clientele can be hit or miss. There is a noticeable lack of gym etiquette at times, like people not reracking weights, leaving equipment out, socializing while occupying machines, and filming workouts. For a gym that’s been open less than a month, there is also a fair amount of broken equipment. I’ve had trouble finding barbell collars on multiple occasions, and once couldn’t find any at all, which made some lifts frustrating.
I’m also adjusting to the rule against gym bags on the floor, which can make workouts less convenient if you use your own accessories. The locker room and bathroom could also use some attention. I know this may seem nitpicky, but I’ve noticed visible grime that’s been there for some time, which makes me question how frequently and thoroughly those areas are being cleaned.
Overall, the gym has a lot of potential. With some improvements in upkeep, organization, and etiquette enforcement, I think this could be a really solid location.
