My husband and I worked with The Gates Team to sell our condo downtown and purchase a new home. They understood the market and sold our condo within the timeline that we were hoping to sell. They also took us all over the city looking at many different places when looking for our new home. This helped us understand what part of the city we were looking to live in. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were completely overwhelmed by the idea of buying a home, especially while planning for a growing family in San Diego. We honestly didn’t even know where to start. Between loans, inspections, closing timelines, and just figuring out what we could realistically afford, it all felt really intimidating.

Lindsey and Brandon made such a huge difference for us. From the very beginning, they took the time to break everything down in a way that made sense.
