Terrible!!! I made an order for me and my family and none of the subs were correct!!! Whether it be the wrong bread, wrong toppings, wrong sauce and they almost forgot our lemonade! It was all messed up!!! You’re better off going to Cuyahoga falls for penn station.

Created my own regular size Dagwood. Basically made an Italian sub, but removed lettuce and added light green peppers instead. It was very good. My only complaint was that I chose mayo as a condiment and didn't taste any at all. The fries are the type that are great with malt vinegar. Portions were good. A little weird, but there was an animated show or documentary type thing talking about rats and the plague on the television and was really loud lol

Had lunch at the Highland Square location today. The restaurant was clean, service was fast. The food was hot, fresh and fantastic! I love Penn Station and this location doesn't disappoint. Cheesesteak and fries are the way to go here.

Got the Philly steak, it was horribly overseasoned, couldn't taste the meat, cheese, onions, or mushrooms, all I could taste was paprika or whatever. The bread was undercooked, soft and white. There were also no napkins. I took my friend here for lunch because I have always liked Penn Station, but this was awful and not a great first experience for him

The sandwich meat was trash! Hard bits and pieces of the carved meat that should be discarded was in my sandwich and it tasted foul! I had to throw the entire sandwich out. I paid $17 with DoorDash and it was awful! Never again will order from this store on highland square
