I had a breast reduction through Mark McRae this year. Mark did a great job from communication to results all with a very kind and comforting manner. I am extremely happy with his services. Lacey as well who worked at the front desk was amazing at providing answers to any of the many questions I had throughout the process. She also did a great job at keeping me informed in terms of things I might need during my recovery. Overall I couldn’t suggest McRae Plastics more, thank you again to Mark and his team for improving my life through this surgery for the better😊

I was very nervous at the beginning and unsure if I wanted to proceed with surgery, but Dr. McRae was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I even booked a second consultation so I could carefully weigh all of my options. Lacey was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She answered my many questions with kindness and professionalism every single time . The surgical centre staff were exceptional and made me feel comfortable , cared for and well taken of from start to finish . My recovery went very smoothly and Dr. McRae personally called to check on me afterwards to see how I was feeling. That personal touch truly showed how much he cares about his patients. The incisions were done beautifully and are very minimal. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results . I cannot recommend Dr. Mark McRae and his team enough. From my very first consultation through recovery, my experience was absolutely exceptional. This was my third surgery of this nature, but my first with Dr. McRae, and the level of care, professionalism, and expertise truly stood out.

I had a mastopexy (breast lift) with augmentation, along with liposuction to my abdomen and flanks/love handles. I am now 4 weeks post-op and could not be happier with my results. Everything has exceeded my expectations.

Dr. McRae is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and talented at what he does. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered every question I had, and made me feel confident and comfortable from the very beginning. His bedside manner is excellent, and you can genuinely tell he cares about his patients and their outcomes.

His staff are equally amazing. Kelly at the front desk is so welcoming and kind, Lacey the cosmetic coordinator was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and all of the nurses were compassionate, supportive, and attentive.

The entire experience — from consultation to surgery to post-op care — was seamless. I felt cared for every step of the way, and I am beyond grateful to Dr. McRae and his team for giving me such an amazing experience and results I absolutely love.

Dr. McRae came highly recommended by a coworker and he did not disappoint. He made me comfortable from the moment I met him. He went into great detail about my surgery. What to expect, how I may feel, along with his recommendations. I had the surgery which turned out even better than I expected. He too was very pleased. His calmness, compassion and caring nature made me feel so at ease when I went into surgery, and also made me feel I would be supported throughout my healing journey. He did just that. Advising he was available at anytime if I had any questions or concerns. I did call on a few occasions and he was always there for me. I highly recommend Dr. McRae not only for the amazing results I had achieved but for the compassion he shares with his patients.
