Got my NIN within 4weeks, no problem at all. The lady I met was nice and pleasant.
- Received a link via text, printed and filled out the form that was sent to me
- Paid the fee online, scheduled and showed up at my appointment day and time

Do not use them. The business owner is such a terrible individual. They made an error in my birth month and i came back for them to correct their error only to be told i have to pay an extra $70 (almost times 4 what NIMC charges) for re-capturing. This for a mistake they made. I even told her i do not mind paying $20 which is what is on NIMC Self service and they need to meet me halfway but they blatantly refused saying it doesn’t matter who made the error. I feel unjustly mistreated and extorted. They even sell the free forms for $5 which is ridiculous. They are engrossed in financial misconduct and i will be filing a civil lawsuit tor extortion and a business malpractice against them. It is the Principle that matters.

I would not recommend this place. 0 stars if i could give it! I went in to get my information captured and 5 months later i am still not in the system. I called to find out why and Lydia stated that i should check back in a week. The week arrives and i call back and Lydia Aguebor stated there was nothing she could do on her end and left me with no options. I got in contact with someone from the biometric center and they stated i would have to recapture my biometrics. I asked Lydia why wasnt this relayed or why wasnt i notified? She stated she gave me a number and she did her part. She told me if i wanted to recapture that i would have to pay another $50 that she didnt do correctly the first time. Stay away from Lydia Aguebor, shes more concerned about collecting money and selling you her services.

The staff is extremely friendly and the assistant speaks Spanish and is really helpful as he translates for those that do not speak Englsih. The prices are affordable as well. It was a pleasure to have my immigration pocesses done here. A place that I would definitely recommend for any legal process.
