This is the first time I have written a negative review, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
There seems to be a lack of coordination within the team. Our delivery window was between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, but the delivery guys did not arrive until 10:30 PM, and even then, only half of our order was delivered.
We were also charged for installation, yet my husband had to assist the installers because they appeared unfamiliar with the setup process.
Another issue is that the mattress is smaller than the bed frame. I sent photos and details to the customer service representatives, Sapna and another team member, but I am still waiting for a response.

Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and based on this experience, I would not recommend to others.

Worst furniture and worst customer service.
We bought 10k worth of furniture, half of them are cheap and bad quality.
Dining table started showing bubbles on 3rd day itself and same with bedroom furniture, when issue was addressed, Sapna and Ruby said we have mishandled the furniture,imagine it was hardly a week .
They are fraudulent, they avoid calls and when you go to the store ,they are not helping and claims that the manufacturer isn't ready to listen to their complaints.
Learned a good lesson here ,never buy from these desi stores who are hurrying to sell but provide worst customer service when you go with problems.
Dont buy from them,its draining and stressful.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I have honestly been put through so much stress with this store that I needed to share.

I made an order early December and was told it would come in 10 days with an additional 2-3 days for delivery. This was amazing as I needed it before Christmas and had ordered this to arrive 10 days prior to. Then I wait, and trusted and waited. 10 days past, no calls, no updates, no emails. So I call and ask, I’m told they will call me back in a hour cause she’s finishing up with a client. So I wait, and wait and nothing. I call again the next day, no one picked up. I call again a few days later and they tell me they don’t have any updates yet cause they’re just a resupplier. I ask when to expect an update cause they’re were supposed to have called to arrange the order when I placed my deposit (early Dec).

Tell me why I waited till after Christmas, then called and they said they can’t call the provider cause they’re closed for the holidays? I ask why they didn’t call before the holidays, when I had reached out and they didn’t have any updates yet answer but “assured me” they will update me. At this point I didn’t trust a word they said and found all the awful reviews on their page. Notice how it’s all 5 starts or 1 stars? Nothing in between? A little suspicious.

Anyways, now it’s past new years and I call yet again and finally the table made it through customs, which I was surprised about cause I thought it was canadian made.
A few days later I call AGAIN, and they tell me the “great news” that’s it’s arrived at the store. I go into the store, and obviously I’m upset, I ask for a discount on my order for the long delay and inconvenience, and they tell me the invoice has been made and they’re very sorry, any discount will come out of their pockets. Obviously being a normal human I felt bad, so I paid (but I was still upset and stressed). They tell me they will make sure the delivery is to my satisfaction and it will reach safely.

It was due to arrive 2 days later, and I requested it come after 2pm.
I guess I was talking to genie and needed to specify between when to when, cause it ARRIVED AT 9pm!! I called at 7pm to ask where it was, and they told me yet again it’s out of their hands. The delivery “company” called me and told me they would come between 8:30-9pm, I told them this was ridiculous! And asked they arrived earlier, I told them to talk to the store and figure out a plan. Now tell me why the store called me back and said I refused my delivery and that I would need to pay for another delivery fee??? Since when did I refuse and why are they threatening me now??

At the end the men arrived. And the furniture was put on a pick up truck, in the icy rain, for at least 30 minutes. You can imagine how it arrived. At least rent a u-haul, cause apparently their “delivery team” delivers each set at a time. Meaning: they delivery to one location, go back to the store and pick up the next. Yeah very efficient. I recently bought a bed set from Villa Furniture, and I’m really happy with it. The quality is excellent, and it looks even better in person than in the showroom. The staff were helpful and made the whole process easy. Delivery was on time, and everything was set up perfectly. Definitely recommend them for bedroom furniture! Absolutely Loved it….
