Nice , ♻️ return place. I refuse to go anywhere else or use those irritating machines at stores. Honest, friendly, and pretty fast given the volume of containers and customers. Cleanliness is typical of a surburban return center, but there's no bugs or awful odor. They have hand sanitizer available and sometimes Wet Ones for your hands and trash receptacles for empty trash bags. *Remember, the few that return dirty, sticky, stinky, wet, unwashed containers, make messes that other respectful people have to tolerate and the employees have to clean up* I digress. Large shopping carts are available for customer use. The employees do a good job for the volume of containers they have to count and sort. I'd give more than 5 stars if they were open for more hours per week. There's definitely enough customers that would come later after work, to justify the extended hours. Thank you.

Was ahead of a person in line and went back to grab cans real quick. The lady behind me still waited. But the person working said she was got to go ahead because " brought all her cans in at the same time". Even though I cam back im 10 seconds later and I had all my cans ready.

Tried this bottle and can return four times and have gotten less money than the other return centers that we had gone to for the same number of bags. I was telling my neighbor that we were getting less back from this return center and she said she had the same experience. I suggest that you may want to count your cans and bottles before bringing them to Plank Road Bottle Return. We are going to go back to one of the other return centers that we feel is a more accurate counter.

Had a great experience for returning bottles... Hard-working team, friendly very honest and it helps that they're open till 6:00 p.m. definitely recommend.. too young girls work here that are great I did see a review that the owner takes half the tip. I hope this is not true they deserve every penny of it
