The Good: 5 Ton movers were very quick and worked very well! Both Zack and Sable were great guys. They helped me move from on apartment to another and made quick work of it

The Bad: A couple of my items were damaged during the move, most importantly one of my nightstands. Unfortunately they were only able to offer a quarter of the price of the nightstand as a refund.

Overall, I liked the way they worked and the thoroughness but I’d be weary of the possibility of something getting damaged and only being able to get a very small refund.

Zack and his team made the moving experience quick, stressfree and efficient. While setting up the move he provided an in depth explanation of what to expect including duration and really good pricing. All of my items were wrapped well enough that not only did they arrive intact but they remained dry from the storm occurring during the move. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable movers.

Zach and Herb were amazing and made my one-bedroom apartment move so much easier. They were incredibly efficient, kind, and helpful from start to finish. They handled everything with care, worked quickly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitudes throughout the move. I would absolutely recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about 5 ton movers, especially Zach and his crew. This was a very complicated move because I live out of state had had to rely on them to handle everything without me being there. They coordinated communication between multiple storage facilities, handled unexpected repacking, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish.

Throughout this entire process, they were professional, patient, and completely nonjudgmental, even when the situation became more challenging than originally expected. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that everything was in good hands.

Living about a two days drive away, I was incredibly grateful for the hard work they did, and I highly recommend 5 Ton Movers to anyone who needs dependable, respectful, and capable movers.

5Ton movers did a great job cleaning up a used Singlewide mobile home. It was trashed out and they did an incredible job, well beyond what I expected. They are great at junk removal and cleaning. Highly recommend!
