Best Defense manages the fire alarm at Kennedy Place Apartments and just can’t get it right. After a canceled fire alarm test/maintenance initially planned on 5/17/2024 that was never rescheduled, we spent all night on 7/15/2024 evacuated due to alarms that wouldn’t turn off when the fire department came. Since then, it’s been an absolute mess. They have been here setting off fire alarms on the following dates and each one is communicated as the last date. Alarms have sounded throughout the day on 8/23/2024, 9/25/2024, 10/21/2024, 10/22/2024, 10/23/2024, 11/1/2024, 3/6/2025, 3/26/2025, 4/1/2025, 4/2/2025, 4/4/2025, and scheduled again for 4/11/2025.

This is a nightmare for people trying to work here during the day and sleep at night when fire alarms go off.

Best Defense helped us solve a fire alarm failure at our apartment complex in Madison today. We’d never done business with them in the past but were treated like longtime customers. They responded quickly and Carter was helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received.

The Best Defense Company is a team of alarm and surveillance professionals. From the President on down, they were skilled in analyzing our needs, offering alarm and camera options and providing fast efficient installation. But perhaps the most significant was their very helpful follow-up and patient, customer-sensitive service. Best Defense is an excellent company.

We recently purchased security cameras for our apartment complex from Best Defense. The customer service has been great from the start and the cameras are very high quality. I especially like Digital Watchdog since it is so user friendly. Best Defense has changed the sense of well-being for our staff and residents. I would highly recommend them!
