We can’t say enough good things about Apple Self Storage on Mountain Road. We were passing through Moncton on a family trip when our tow vehicle broke down, and suddenly we had a travel trailer with nowhere to go. I called around and every place was completely full, but Cindy figured out a way to squeeze us in anyway. It took a huge weight off our shoulders during an already stressful day, and we’re so thankful for someone who cared enough to help us out. Thank you, Cindy!

Clean , big and always ready to accomodate whatever your needs are. The staff is why I stay they are kind, courteous and sympathetic to every person who walks in. I truly recommend this location to all. If other locations are the same as this one then all in all it's a great place .

We’ve had a storage unit here for 6 months and it’s been nothing but pleasant! Easy 24/7 access, trolleys and pallets in the drive in spot to carry your stuff. Never had any security concerns. Billing is simple to pay.

Never disappointed when I return for my Effect, I Highly recommend Apple Storage if you plan on Storing your effects.

Great Great & Great, Silvio (Sal) and Cindy had made my day on Friday of last week, after I serched and secured a spot for my Winter parking this year and perhaps following years. Sal is excellent in customer service. Why? He listens carefully before speaking, so he can provide a clear answer and suggest for any alternative options. This is because the customer then can decide which option is the best for him. Make my story short, Sal is the best customer call service representative I have experienced in the past year. And he is right, Apple Storage is always being the best in customer service as Cindy (believe to be a manager on site) called me back right away to resolve the parking spot to ensure that it is confrmed and secured. BIG THANKS to both of you Silvio (Sal) and Cindy.
