Phenomenal practice; this place has some great, caring people. I swear I spent more time calling around town checking for availability for what I thought was an emergency with my cat after the holiday weekend than I did in the actual appointment and they got us in right away. Highly recommend going through East River for your pet's needs

I want to thank everyone at East River for their kindness, patience, and compassion when we had to make the hard decision to put our sweet kitty down after suffering sudden and unexpected heart failure. We are brand new to the area and we were in the middle of moving. We called several other places nearby and were denied. East River didn't have any openings that day either, and we told them we were in a very bad spot financially, but they told us to come in anyway and they went above and beyond to take care of us and our boy when we needed it the most. Our sweet boy was handled with care and passed peacefully. We can not thank you enough.

I’ve been coming to East River for many years, and I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to write a review. East River has always taken amazing care of my two dogs. Both have faced various health issues over the years, and the team is always there whenever we need them. In the past eight years, I’ve visited several veterinary clinics, but none have earned my trust like Dr. Dubs and the staff at East River. They are truly kind, caring, and compassionate professionals who go above and beyond for their patients.

Roxy had an excellent visit today with Dr Elisha Dubs DVM. Low stress office, calming techniques for cats in a dedicated cat room. Decisions were made jointly about diagnostics and care. The staff is professional, not hurried, helpful. A huge improvement from the office on Bay Rd that I left.

The staff at east River vet are so great with my babies even my more anxious tuxedo cat and German shepherd and my sassy husky, you can really tell that they care for the animals they take care of ❤️
