After my dog became ill suddenly, I called Springfield veterinary clinic to schedule an appointment. Even though all the appointments were filled for the day, they provided an appointment for my dog that day which probably saved his life. Dr Gage and her staff were kind and supportive during this most stressful time and my dog received exceptional care. The office staff called several times to follow up on his condition, provided additional information and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the veterinary services they provide.

We love Springfield Vet Clinic! We take all three of our boys here and have since they were puppies. They staff is always responsive and helpful and provide great care. Dr. Gage is very knowledgeable and has always been able to help us whether it be something big or small. We also love working with Rose at the front desk! We wouldn’t take our boys anywhere else.

I couldn’t be more happy with this office. After having my first baby, I embarrassingly let my dog’s vet care hit the back burner for a little while. I chose this office as it was nearby. Both of my dogs needed some work on their teeth, a growth removal surgery, and to be caught up on routine vaccines and bloodwork. With being new patients, they handled everything with such care. Jamie and Dr Gage handled both Remmy and Winston and they were both so informative and helpful in the process! They both are wonderful! I am so happy that I decided to go with this office and would recommend them to anyone. They’re pricing is really reasonable as well.

Dr. Gage and staff are great!
After moving from genesee county a few years ago, they caught my shepherds thyroid deficiency.
December of 2025 took my basset to get fixed and they caught a laceration in his mouth that ended up being cancer.
Time & time again they continue dedicated care to my animals! I have been coming here since 2024 and now live 35 minutes away, but still commute for the best care!

We have finally found our vet! After a horrible experience at Blue Pearl, Springfield got us right in and worked with us since my GSD has anxiety, stubborn and not too fond of strangers. They took great care of Saint and he is back to himself within the week! Loved the doctor, she went above and beyond and all the staff members were friendly, welcoming, helpful and loving. They give you prices and ways to work with tests/medicine at each price point throughout treatment, no surprises, great pricing! A couple of them had or grew up with GSD, if you know, you know!
