I would like to share my experience about on how to assist me as client in regards with my documents. Firstly, As I waited my documents to be done as I expected and I sent message but some days no response yet then as a day goes by, someone reaching out for me her name is Maria to inform me that the one who working with my files translation was no longer in a team. Maria gave me the assurance that their team will assist me abut my translation and giving me some updates that they were working my documents for English Translation. Secondly, Jiya her name sent a message via email for updates giving some details regarding my documents for me to review.
Finally, my documents are all done with notarized as my required documents for spousal sponsorship with the certified translation agency. In addition, my documents translation have 21 pages in total when I tried to upload on online portal the files cannot uploaded, so I asked Jiya to sent me again just 10 pages with the affidavit. Jiya replied me back and explained the situation. In conclusion l, to assist my need, Jiya find ways all the 21 pages can be uploaded on portal. I am grateful for all those team not mention their name who work to be translated in English and be notarized. I could recommend for others that this agency can be reliable with a good kind heart in their service.

I had a very frustrating experience with this agency and would not recommend their services.

From the beginning, I was told that a translator in North York would be arranged and we even discussed a pickup option. However, without my agreement, a translator in Oakville was assigned instead, and the delivery method was changed. When I raised this issue multiple times, I received the same repeated response without any accountability or resolution.

There was a clear lack of communication and transparency. Despite repeatedly pointing out that these changes had not been communicated to me, my concerns were not properly addressed.

In addition, when I visited the office in person and even showed my passport to confirm my last name, the initial translation still contained an error in my name. Although this was later corrected, I only received the updated PDF after explicitly requesting it.

There were also serious issues with handling delivery. Despite my request for express shipping, the document was sent by regular mail without tracking. When I asked to be connected with management due to these ongoing issues, I was told that it would not make a difference, and my request was not escalated for over a week.

Furthermore, I later found out—only after contacting the Bloor location myself—that there may have been an option to receive a digital copy with a QR code. This was never communicated to me by the project manager.

Instead of taking responsibility, I was told that “9 out of 10 clients are satisfied” and that "I'm professional", which did not reflect my experience at all.

My case was handled by Jiya Mody, and unfortunately, the issues described above occurred under her management. The overall experience demonstrated a lack of accountability, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism.

For context, I have lived in Korea, the UK, and Canada, and have over six years of experience working as a consultant. This has been one of the most unprofessional and poorly handled service experiences I have encountered.

If management reviews this feedback, I would be willing to provide full transparency by forwarding the complete email chain.

On a more positive note, the staff at the Bloor location were much more helpful, clearly explained available options, and were significantly more reliable in their communication.

Overall, I strongly recommend improving internal communication, accountability, and customer handling processes.

Jiya translated 4 documents from Spanish to English. She was very easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly to my emails. Once I gave her confirmation to proceed, the work was completed in just a few days. She sent the translations for us to check & approve before sending the final documents. We received the documents in digital format as well as hard copies. When I received the hard copies in the mail, I was so impressed with how nicely and carefully she had organized the documents. The cost of the translations was very reasonable. I highly recommend this service & would not hesitate to request her services in the future should they be needed.

I had a great experience with them for a document I needed translated for immigration purposes! They communicated efficiently. I particularly love that I can get the file digitally and they even compiled everything into a single document so it's easier for me to process! Prices are very transparent and affordable with user friendly payment system. Would recommend!
