Very easy to book. **Do not rent this place!** It is not a secure location to store your belongings. I booked this unit for the summer to store my dorm items, but during the three times I visited, there were issues with the gate. The last time I visited, on July 7, 2026, the gate was wide open.

This was my first time using a storage unit, and I made the mistake of storing my cleaning supplies there. When I checked my unit, I found my cleaning supplies mixed together, with holes in the containers and rat droppings throughout the unit. I immediately canceled my subscription, and I wish I could receive a refund.

I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a safe and secure place to store their belongings.

Seriously, his service was top-notch, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a storage unit – you won't be disappointed!

Her customer service was amazing, and she made the whole experience much less stressful.
