After waiting almost two months I couldn't even get a full months refill on my heart medicine that I've been on since a car crash that almost ended my life. Act like you care about your patients

Everyone is very nice. And when I was having a problem with a new medication, Anna Davis called and talked with me about it and changed my medicine, back to what I was originally taking. Thank you!

This place is absolutely unbelievable. They suck at communicating. They suck at managing medication. My appointment was canceled by my provider, and they’re trying to charge me for it. They were supposed to contact me to reschedule. Haven’t heard anything. I can never get them on the phone. Now I’m almost out of my sleep medicine with no refills and I don’t know what to do. Thanks for messing with my mental health guys.

Update: currently withdrawing from my medication thanks to these incompetent people. 5 calls with no call backs.

This place is very questionable. Patient follow up is horrible and attention to detail needs improvement x 2!!! Honestly this place could cause more stress than what you need . Trying to get someone on the phone is a challenge so plan to drive there and book your appt.
