Hands down the best beef biryani around! Generous portions, super tender beef, and the spice blend is spot on. It wasn't overly greasy either, which is a huge plus. 10/10 will definitely be ordering this again!

KBC is a food truck in Sugarland with a few tables thrown around (think al fresco dining) serving the best tasting biryani Houston & suburbs have to offer. The Karachi-style biryani aroma was sufficient precursor of the excellent flavors (even before the first bite).
Badar and Naved were great hosts and serve other items on the menu as well. Definitely, coming here again and also ordering biryani from KBC for my next party.

I ordered the beef biryani from Karachi Biryani Center and it was absolutely delicious! The biryani was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The beef was tender and cooked really well. The quantity was also very good and satisfying. If you love authentic Karachi-style biryani, this place is definitely worth trying. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Can't go wrong with Biryani the ultimate South Asian comfort food. Got the chance to try @karachibiryanicenter_kbc recently, this place comes highly recommended. this is a food truck in the gas station parking lot, with a few other food trucks and a few benches to sit and eat outside. We went with the Shahi Beef Biryani, and loved it, the beef was perfectly seasoned and tender, overall the biryani had a kick to it just how I like it. Definitely enjoyed th experience and will be back for the other items on the menu, especially want to try the kabob rolls.

Tried the chicken biryani and chicken tikka roll paratha, both were amazing! The biryani was flavorful, not too spicy, and the chicken was super tender. You can tell it was made with care.

The tikka roll had juicy, smoky chicken wrapped in a soft, buttery paratha, perfect balance of spice and flavor.

Everything is zabiha halal, and the quality really shows.

Plus, Badar, the owner, is a very humble and down-to-earth person, you can tell he cares about his food and his customers. Highly recommend!
