Saw Lori Roman FNP, worst experience I've ever had in a medical setting. My son was diagnosed with mono and I was experiencing symptoms. I also had some other concerns. She didn't give me any advice or instruction. She left the room and another nurse entered to tell me that Lori was not going to order any tests for me at all and I wasn't given a reason why. After dealing with the director I was able to get a mono test and when I receive my results I can follow up with another practitioner. But if you're going to come here stay far away from Lori. It's very unfortunate but she should not be dealing with people in general at all. It was a very cold and odd experience. She seemed like a robot in the way that she lacked communication and interpersonal skills. I hate leaving bad reviews but in this case people need their health care protected and seeing her is a bad investment in time, money and health.

Im Extremely Satisfied in Every Aspect of my Check up visit, Dr Andrew that i have been seeing for many years ,is unfortunately for me has changed locations, being that said ,in my thoughts he would be a difficult Dr to replace, He is very Thorough, My new Docter being Dr.Lori Roman definitely filled the spot !! This location in Kingwood is Excellent, The Staff is very Knowledgeable and helpful this Team is on Time from check in to walking out the exit door was definitely on point and this location also does the blood work .

I love everything about my Dr Recio and staff. I've been going there for 13 years. I wouldn't change a thing. They care so much about me and my health. Even if I have to cancel an appointment they still do everything in their power to make sure I'm happy and healthy. They go above and beyond care!

Andrew Kelley is awesome! He is both mine and my husband's primary care doctor. He is very thorough in his evaluations and treatments. He listens carefully to your concerns and looks at you rather than at his computer while you're talking with him. We highly recommend him.
