I had a very positive experience during my recent eye exam. Although it had been about four years since my last visit, the staff quickly updated my information and got me checked in and situated in a timely manner. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the appointment.

I especially appreciated the time they took to explain changes in my eyesight and answer my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The entire team made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process, and I never felt rushed.

Dr. Jennifer Greloch always makes the appt comfortable, pleasant, fun. Although my son is now 19 I still like accompanying him to these appts bc all the staff and whole experience is lovely.

Dr. Greloch is very professional and knowledgeable, she cares about her patients and takes the time to explain diagnoses, procedures, and next steps . She made me feel very comfortable and safe.
