On time. No damage to container and James Sims will wait for me if he sees me running with a last minute bag of garage. Also, I appreciate it when the truck # 44988 slows down when Im walking our dog. Im very satisfied with waste pro compared with waste management our previous service.

Great service! James on truck# 44988 is awesome! I didn't get my trash out in time and he came back and got it. I also saw him get out of the truck, go get a neighbor's can, load it on the truck, and return it before getting back in and continuing his day with a smile. Highly recommend this company!

My service is great! I recently met the serviceman assigned to my address, Mr. James Sims and he was very considerate and kind. My service has been so nice, and this may seem an odd comparison, but even my dogs don't know they have come and gone. And that use to be a highlight for them..lol. I did find out the truck number is 44988. So I could make a solid positive post. Thank you Mr Sims!
