Quick work and Milton and Chris were so easy to work with! We couldn't find anyone else in the area to work on the door issue we were having and the software we have isn't easy to work with but they figured it out and got it done in no time! Appreciate you guys!

I wouldn’t recommend for personal home lock installation. They seemed much more geared toward commercial projects. No customer service, no proactive reaching out about what parts to order or what finishes for the locks/hardware I would want for my home - it’s just my home so no big deal to them and I got what they decided to order.

They’re not organized, the technician had to come twice to install the new locks because the first time they didn’t have all the parts. Guess what happened the second time they came out? Still didn’t have the all the necessary parts. I needed the locks changed and had been waiting for about six weeks so I let them do a hack job to get it done. Now I get to fix the hack jobs and will eventually need to replace the front door.

On the positive side, friendly technician who clearly knows what he’s doing, but if there’s not back office support to get them what they need to do their job, it results in jobs like mine.

Definitely do not recommend.

Very unhappy with our experience here with this company. The owner Mike made a appointment with us, he never showed up, never called. I emailed him and called him and left voicemails. Once I called from a different number he answered, He told me that he would send over a form that he is needing me to fill out to move forward with our appt. (This was never mentioned before) He never sent it over, still have not heard back from him. I would not recommend if you are needing any type of service/help. Seems like he is only interested in buying customers. This is for the Grand Rapids Location.

I can’t say enough about the incredible service I had. I called on a Friday morning with a time sensitive request to have locks changed and they were so polite and helpful immediately. They fit me in that day and when they met me at the house they were friendly, helpful and suggesting things I didn’t even think of that I absolutely needed. They will always be my first call in the future. They are a class act and I highly recommend!!
